Indian dance depicts stories, situations and emotions in the most beautiful way incorporating music, gestures of the hands, body, facial and subtle inner emotions.
In Varsha, the dancers showcase imageries drawn from all seasons, particularly from the Monsoon season.
The dancer enacts the joy of cool breeze, the formation of the clouds, the emotions in thunder and lightning and describes the dance of the peacocks. It shows how humans must celebrate Nature’s great gift to mankind.
Varsha explores mood invoking ragas and melodies from the Hindustani classical music system.
